There are two ways you can invest in buy to let properties we categorise them as “Stock Fillers” and “Capital Growth” or “BRR” (Buy, Refurbish and Refinance).
“Stock Fillers” are typically properties that give you a good stable return, rental yield of 8% or above all without having to do too much if any work to the property.
This is a long-term game with minimal risk.
Capital Growth or BRR (Buy, Refurbish & Refinance)
“Capital Growth” or “BRR” (Buy, Refurbish and Refinance) works for investors that would like to recycle their capital. Again, a long-term game but utilising the upfront cash to roll onto the next investment. These can work by finding a property that is under market value and or adding value by refurbishing the property.
