Our journey started over a decade ago building our own portfolio of buy to let properties. We have tried and tested many strategies so we are well placed to advise you on what will work and what will not. We have bought properties off market, on market, repossessions and in auctions. From straight forward rentals to full internal and external renovations.
Our managing director Michelle hails form a Tax Accounting background having trained at one of the ‘big 4’ accounting firms, PwC, this gives House of Crewe an unprecedented advantage. We really do understand the importance of numbers, returns, capital growth and exit strategies.
Whilst working at PwC as a Tax Accountant which was followed by a career move to Deloitte, we created a vast network of like-minded people, all while beginning our journey investing in property and gaining financial knowledge. Our first investment was a repossession which we turned around and gained over a £100,000 profit. Needless to say, we were hooked. Following this we became full time property investors. We reinvested our profits trying and testing numerous strategies, to ensure the execution in building our portfolio was the most seamless and most profitable.
Following the success of building our own portfolio and investing in the North East property market. Over the years we have become best placed to advise other investors both locally and across the country, on how to strategically invest in property. We want others to share our success and become property investors in their own right.
We build customer specific strategies based on goals, time involvement, budget and risk appetite. We also very much focus on exit strategies to always minimise risk. We have regular meetings to review and update the strategy where necessary, giving realistic and highly profitable returns.
